FUNCTIONAL TRAINING
Goal: STRENGTH AND MUSCULAR EXPLOSION IN AN AQUATIC ENVIRONMENT

 

SWIMMING
Goal: PHYSICAL RESISTANCE AND BREATHING CONTROL IN APNEA

 

PILATES
Goal: FLEXIBILITY, BALANCE AND BODY & MENTAL KNOWLEDGE

 

SKATE
Goal: DEVELOPMENT OF BALANCE AND PERFORMANCE ADAPTED TO SURF

 

The classes occur every weekend except from june 1st until 30th of september. The classes timetables will be defined every week by the instructors.
